Hi, I'm Tricia Johnson. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Anxiety Specialist who works with adults who are struggling with anxiety, overwhelming feelings, ADHD, and difficult life transitions. My goal is to help you stop dwelling on negative thoughts and start supporting you as you turn your life around.
Helping People Is What I Look Forward To Every Day
Being a therapist is fulfilling. I love helping people become healthier and more empowered and seeing them finally get the life they desire. The most rewarding thing about being a therapist is providing encouragement during life's challenges.
I am committed to supporting you as you make changes in your life.
I Have A Strong Pull Towards Helping And Bring An Open, Non-judgemental Presence To Sessions
I have a natural ability to:
Reflect people's thoughts back to them
Collaborate with people to set goals and help them reach them
Inspire hope for getting better
Accept people for who they are and in their current life circumstances
People who know me often say that I am a good listener who can help people through difficult and stressful times.
Our Sessions Are Focused On You
Sessions will provide you with the space to focus on yourself without feeling selfish. In feeling safe and comfortable, you'll be able to explore your thoughts, feelings, and goals.
It's important to me to provide a non-judgemental space where you can be yourself and ensure that the process is collaborative. There isn't a "one size fits all" approach to therapy.
Our sessions will fit your specific needs and concerns.
My Philosophy:
I believe that you deserve to feel better
I believe that you are worthy of love and care
I believe that we only heal if we take care of ourselves
I believe that change is possible when you allow yourself the space to do the work
I believe that if we continue to keep working and believing in ourselves we can be in a completely different space sooner than we think
Start feeling like yourself again.
